Terms and conditions
We only accept online payment through the payment gateway integrated in this website. Other payment options such as Cash on Delivery are currently not available.
We will dispatch products within 2-3 working days from the date of order, provided that the payment has been confirmed by the payment gateway/bank.
We ship orders through reputed courier/cargo service providers. Expected delivery time is 2-3 working days within Bangalore, 2-5 working days within Karnataka (outside Bangalore) and 7 working days within India (outside Karnataka). Delivery time may be longer for remote locations, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
We currently do not ship outside India.
All non Ready-to-Ship products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests should be sent by email to email@example.com. Full refund will be initiated within 2 working days of cancellation request, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent. Ready-To-Ship and shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation.
We only accept returns in following cases:
- Products are received in damaged condition.
- Products received are different from those ordered.
- Products have a manufacturing (weaving/printing) defect.
If your order is affected by any of the following issues, please inform us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately upon delivery of the product, and no later than 48 hours from delivery. Return requests received after this period will not be entertained.
We will reply to your return request within 2-3 working days, and will provide you a "return authorization reference". Please ship your order back to us within 7 days of receiving your return authorization reference, following the instructions provided to you by email. Note that the products must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including original packing, tags and labels.
Items returned to us without a valid return authorization reference will not be processed. We will also not accept returns if we notice any wear, tear or alteration obviously done by the customer.
We will inspect all products returned to us. If we confirm your return request to be valid, we will refund the cost incurred to ship the items back to us, and will give you the following options:
- 100% refund, initiated within 2 working days and credited back following payment gateway/bank guidelines.
- Replacement of the products within 30 working days, provided sufficient stock.
Please note that any additional charge or transaction fee levied by the bank of the customer on top of the fees charged by us will not be refunded.
